What is Prodigio?
Prodigio is perfect for children ages 5 – 7 who are ready to take their artistic journey further by learning new concepts, developing techniques, and engaging in meaningful self-expression.
Embark on a new artistic adventure each week! Our themes are inspired by master artists, iconic styles, and vibrant global celebrations. In every session, young artists will create a painting and a fun craft, reinforcing the week’s special technique or big idea.
Students will elevate their artistic abilities by mastering advanced techniques like precise outlining, sophisticated color layering, and fine detail work. This hands-on practice is paired with an exploration of core artistic principles, including color theory, composition, and the difference between abstract and realistic representation.
We also encourage thoughtful sharing: children describe their work, listen to others, and learn that every piece of art has a story.
- Fine motor control and detailed brushwork
- Introduction to color theory (warm/cool, complementary colors)
- Understanding key art elements: line, shape, texture, space, and form
- Exploring styles: abstract vs. realistic, portrait vs. landscape
- Practicing layout and visual composition
- Developing visual storytelling and expressive techniques
- Presenting and discussing artwork with peers
Prodigio is a thoughtfully designed art class for children aged 5 to 7 years old that encourages creative growth through engaging, hands-on art experiences.
Each session is 2 hours, and includes:
- One painting
- One fun craft activity
Students choose their regular schedule and attend once a week based on the current timetable.
A free trial class for Prodigio is available by appointment only.
Locations & Schedules:
- Bukit Tunku Art Studio – Saturdays only
- Mont Kiara Art Studio – Wednesdays & Thursdays only
- Steps:
- Parents contact us to request a trial class.
- Send them the Trial Class Google Form.
- Once the form is completed, confirm their slot based on availability.
Trial students will join a regular class on the scheduled trial day and participate in that week’s planned activities.
- After the trial, parents are welcome to purchase a minimum of 4 classes or choose from the available packages.
- Registration fee is RM 100.
- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 2 classes is required and will cover the final 2 sessions upon termination.
- Package purchases include a Complimentary Art Starter Kit.
- Students enrolled in a package must choose a fixed weekly time slot from the timetable and are expected to follow that schedule consistently. Each student attends once a week.
- Parents must inform us at least one day in advance if their child will be absent. Make-up classes can be arranged within the same week, subject to availability.
Note: Sudden cancellations or notices given less than 24 hours before the class will be considered a forfeited session

Free 1 session. Expires 4 months.
Free 2 sessions. Expires 6 months.
Free 5 sessions. Expires 12 months.
Free 11 sessions. Expires 24 months.
